Shipping 

Orders will be shipped within one week of purchase. 

All items are tracked and shipped with USPS shipping unless Sticker Mail is selected at checkout. You may track the status of your order here. Please keep in mind your package may arrive days or weeks later than the estimated time frame.

International shipping is not available as of now.

USPS First Class: approximately 1-5 business days
USPS Priority Mail: approximately 1-3 business days
Sticker Mail (no tracking): approximately 1-5 business days

 

Return Policy 

All sales are final. Cancelations are accepted within 5 hours of purchase, please message me as soon as possible at [email protected]. Once the package is shipped, it can no longer be canceled. 

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the purchaser's responsibility to make sure that the shipping address is correct. If an incorrect address is entered for an order, and the order has already shipped, it is the purchaser's responsibility to track down the package. 

No refunds will be given for orders sent to the wrong address due to an incorrect address being on file with an order.

If an order is returned to me by USPS because of an incorrect address, the order will either be canceled/refunded (order total minus the shipping) or the buyer must pay for shipping again.  

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages 

If there is an issue with the items in your package, please email me at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the items within 7 days of receiving them.

Please note, that I am not liable for any packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen after the package has been dropped off at the post office or packages that are marked as delivered but not received by the customer. 

If your Priority Mail package is missing during transit and is additionally insured, please contact USPS or us for further assistance.
